Seed Studio Gallery Plans Plant Down at The Good Work Collective, 417 S. Union Street, Traverse City.
Opening First Art Show, Friday April 13th , with “Get Dressed”, figurative works in oil, acrylic and mixed media from Chicago and local area artists. 5:30pm-7:00pm.
Seed Studio Gallery is owned and operated by Lindy Bishop. Over the next few weeks she will be expanding the arts environment at GWC and building towards the first of seven art show openings for 2012. In addition to promoting artists work with scheduled retail hours, opening events, and marketing campaigns, Lindy will be offering artist nights. “Sketch Live Music” continues on the third Tuesday of each month at 7pm (except April).
Starting April 13th, the gallery will be open Wednesdays through Saturdays, 10am-5pm.
Seed Studio/Gallery began a couple of years ago as a work space, art gallery and entertainment venue, focusing on the subjects of agriculture and nature inherent in the Northern Michigan area, through art, photography and products. As owner, Lindy Bishop, grew roots in the soil here, Seed has grown into something much broader. Seed is now a Creative Services Agency offering the following services:
